​As an accomplished award winning producer, writer, actor, Knight & New York native, Sir. Darren started his career right out of high school at the age of 18 playing “Nitro G” on Stan Lee/Sy-Fy Channel’s “Who Wants to be a Superhero.” Afterwards, Lee personally asked Sir. Darren to come work for POW! Entertainment, where he became the New Media Specialist.

Sir. Darren's duties included working directly with Stan Lee to provide the voice for Lee’s internet presence, overseeing and producing most of the digital content, production, social media and PR.

In 2012, Sir. Darren was promoted to executive producer and writer on several projects and series, including overseeing/developing content for Stan Lee’s Premium YouTube Channel, “Stan Lee’s World of Heroes.” Sir. Darren has been on-camera talent and producer for many shows, including TheRealStanLee.com, “Mask & Cape,” “Save Stan Lee’s Twitter” & “UnCONventional,” as well as on-camera talent for other outlets.

In 2007, Sir. Darren & Co-Founder R. William Quinn formed Agents of Mayhem, a production / consulting company  which most notably produced, “Excelsior! A Celebration of the Amazing, Fantastic, Incredible & Uncanny Life of Stan Lee” alongside Legion M and Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment at the TCL Chinese Theater hosted by Kevin Smith before closing Agents of Mayhem in 2019.

Currently, Sir. Darren and  Quinn, are Co-Creating “Ground Control”, an original series / IP, Co-Creating, Co-Producing/writing and hosting "Minute of Mayhem", a satirical one minute a week digital news series, and Co-Producing/writing and hosting "Coffee & Mayhem", a podcast on TuneIn. 

 

Within a month of launching Angels of Mayhem, Sir. Darren & Co-Founder Quinn won the Audience Award for the New York City 48hr Film Project.
